Currently heading the position of Head Chef at Basecamp Masai Mara, Richard Ntoros Narrida is known for his delicious recipes. He has been part of the team at Basecamp since 2006. Richard’s day is always a busy one. It involves organizing the kitchen, planning the day’s menus and activities and cooking with the kitchen team. Together with his team, the chef prepares classic safari food, focusing on it being perfectly cooked and freshly made, yet beautifully and simply presented. When asked what is the thing he enjoys most about his job? He is quick to point out “The rewarding feeling people have when they have their meals in the African Bush”.
