Project Manager, Basecamp Tree Plantation
Mwana is the Project Manager of the Basecamp Tree Plantation located just outside the main entrance to Basecamp Masai Mara. He joined Basecamp in 2015, and his work mainly involves preparing seedlings prior to planting them. Over the years, Mwana has made significant efforts to restore the degraded ecosystem with the tree afforestation program which started in 2000. In his free time, Mwana enjoys spending time with his family and looking after livestock on his farm.
