The kitchen teams at Eagle View and Wilderness Camp led by Executive Chef Benson Ole Soit assisted by several chefs’ works wonders with fresh local ingredients. Ben’s work ranges from recipe and menu development, staff scheduling and overseeing, to ensuring that the kitchen is run smoothly and is clean and sanitized. He is a self-made Chef Success story having learned how to cook through experimentation. Ben has the ability to mix various ingredients and bring them together in a new and beautiful way is exciting. His best moments at the camp is when the guests are satisfied with their meals. When Ben is not working at the camp he is busy interacting with his 2 children, visiting other family members and friends.
