Yoga in the Wild

Nothing beats the feeling of taking some time out for oneself and breathing in Africa’s pure air while stretching those muscles. Yoga is the perfect activity to add to a safari adventure.

Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years. It is essentially a spiritual discipline which focuses on bringing harmony between the mind, body, and nature. At Leopard Hill, we give our guests an opportunity to self-reconnect and access a feeling of calm and peace.

Each tent has two yoga mats that you can roll out any time you feel like it. Yoga will be conducted as a self-practice, therefore, with no yoga teacher present. The yoga sessions will take place within the privacy of your tent terrace.

Try out morning yoga to catch the amazing sunrise and sounds of the roaring lions or afternoon yoga on the savannah with grazing zebras in the background. Since Leopard Hill is located in a non-motorized area, you get to experience quiet yoga sessions with exclusive sightings of wildlife in front of the water holes.
