One of the world´s best safari camps

Eagle view is located on an escarpment, with sweeping views that overlook the Koiyaki Plains, a natural salt lick and watering hole all providing a common hunting site for predators and unique game viewing perspectives. With this modern eco-camp, we invite you to gaze towards the future of sustainable tourism.

The innovative architecture and minimal design complement the overwhelming surroundings.

The camp overlooks a natural waterhole where the wild animals come to drink. The area is one of Africa’s prime game viewing destinations with all year round abundant wildlife as well as home to the highest population of lions in Africa.

National Geographic has named Eagle View as one of the top 25 eco-lodges in the world.

The vision of Eagle View was to blend the best of ecological architecture with state-of-the-art minimalist design to perfectly compliment the overwhelming natural surroundings. As a highly acclaimed conservancy model for wildlife and nature conservation management, in 2013 Eagle View was named one of the top twenty-five eco-lodges in the world by National Geographic Traveller’s Magazine – the only camp in Kenya on the list.

The price is based on two persons sharing a tent. Price includes accommodation, all meals, mineral water, airstrip transfers, shared game drive safaris, night game drives and guided walking safaris and Naboisho Conservancy fees. Extra fees are additional beverages, domestic and international flights and a possible single supplement of 100 USD per person per night. Children 7-12 years sharing a tent with adults pay 50% of the full rate.

Due to the camp’s wild and rustic nature, the recommended age for children staying at Eagle View Camp is 7 years. The recommended age for walking safaris is 12 years, this age also applies to Dorobo Mobile Camp. Dining in the African bush is an experience that ignites all your 5 senses, with the tantalizing of the taste buds being the obvious one. It is a peaceful, exciting, fulfilling and mysterious experience. The camp’s restaurant is for communal use as such we kindly request all our guests to be courteous towards the people they are sharing the space with and keep the mobile phones off while at the restaurant  (it is a Mobile-free Zone). We extend this request to the lounge area, where we kindly ask all our guests to keep their phones in silent mode.

Each tent offers king-size double or twin beds, bathroom featuring bio-flush toilets and two showers, one inside and one open-air safari shower, private elevated viewing deck with exceptional views of Naboisho Conservancy.
