Headchef at Isfjord Radio
Jonny came to Isfjord Radio in January 2014. He fell in love with the place and decided to continue his journey here. He´s been a chef for many years and he loves to play with flavors in his cooking and try different food combinations. The culinary experience he has comes from working at many different restaurants around Scandinavia.
At Isfjord Radio he delivers a menu with seal meat, reindeer and fish from the island. The meat that is served here Jonny himself cures, hangs, dries and smokes at the station.
