After a nice breakfast, at 10:00 our Basecamp guide will meet you, and together you will spend the day outside hiking in the realm of Longyearbyen, and maybe we also have a dog from the dog yard accompanying us. Expedition lunch will be enjoyed during the day. We will look out for Arctic plants and flowers, and tracks from arctic wildlife.
In the afternoon we arrive Trappers Station, which is our camp for the night. Dinner is prepared inside the Trapper’s Cabin, and we enjoy the evening under the midnight sun. The fire is lit in the wooden teepee, to keep you warm during the night. Even though it is summer, nights can be cold, but for that, we have warm expedition sleeping bags to keep you warm.Your guide will be in nearby, and our Alaskan Huskies is your polarbear guard for the night.
