Sources of Sales
The women have been working on producing the first products in stock for the shop at the art centre. The women have also been working on some orders placed by other local hotel owners.

Project Operations
Sunder Rang has since the inauguration in March started the work with 15 women from Chandelao village. Our daily leader and Project Manager is Bhuwaneshwari Rathore from Jodhpur. She has been the one initiating the training and developing the first products. The women have started with embroidery, tailoring and now also carpet weaving. These first months have been off-season in Rajasthan and we will now start to get feedback and comments from visitors and guests.

To create and build the brand by producing a leaflet and labels for the products
To develop the homepage
To seek orders and interest at the local, national and international market
To create a good product range with high quality and demand
To expand the project by introducing new crafts
To create a organized project structure with easy monitoring
