Groups welcome - call up your friends!
Most of the above programs can be tailored for smaller or larger groups. So gather your friends, pull together a reunion, or call up your boss - and then just let us know how many and when, and we'll put together a special package for you and your friends or colleagues.
All our trips can be arranged for groups as well, but here is a suggestion for a five days program. Please contact us for more programs and further information.
Here is an excample of a 5-days group program with a combiation of Basecamp Isfjord Radio and Basecamp Trappers Lodge;
Day 1, At Svalbard Airport you will be met by one of our guides who takes you to Basecamp Trapper´s Lodge in Longyearbyen. Here you will check in to your private room, built like the trapper’s cabins. We will go to the dog yard in Bolterdalen where 90 eager Alaskan Huskies are waiting to take you on a sledding trip. After the trip we meet up at the trapper’s cabin and you will be served a 2-course trapper’s dinner. If requested we can also offer you a lecture on the trapper’s life on Svalbard. Accommodation double rooms Trapper´s Lodge.
Day 2 After breakfast in Traveller´s Club, you will be met by the guide who informs you about the use of weapon, polarbears,winterclothing and program. After a brief introduction to snowmobile driving, it’s off to Isfjord Radio. Lunch is served in field. We’ll have a stop in Barentsburg, the Russian settlement, before Isfjord Radio.3-course dinner in the evening. Accommodation double rooms Isfjord Radio.
Day 3 It is not easy to tear yourself loose from comfortable beds and a tempting breakfast table, but outside a new day is waiting for you and the snowmobiles, full of new experiences. Lunch is served in field. In the afternoon we return to Isfjord Radio and a 3-course dinner in the evening. Accommodation double rooms Isfjord Radio.
Day 4 After a solid breakfast it’s time to return to Longyearbyen and the civilisation. Arriving at the Trapper’s Lodge in the afternoon there will be time to relax before dinner is recommended in one of the restaurants in town. Accommodation double rooms Trapper´s Lodge.
Day 5 The late breakfast in Traveller’s Club will still give you time to relax or do the tax-free shopping. Before transfer to the airport.

*The offer is based on a minimum of 10 persons.
