Collioure

Collioure is a port on the Mediterranean Sea a few kilometres north of the Spanish border in the French département of the Pyrénées-Orientales, corresponding to the ancient Roussillon and part of the present-day Languedoc-Roussillon région. It lies on the Côte Vermeille, part of the Gulf of Lyon.

Perpignan

Perpignan is the capital of the département of Pyrénées-Orientales. It is located on the Têt River, 8 miles west of the Mediterranean Sea and 19 miles north of the modern Spanish border within sight of the Pyrenees.
