General conditions for Basecamp Explorer group, which manage and operates destinations at Spitsbergen, India, Kenya and the Pyrenees.

Please read and accept the contains of this article before staying in any of our Basecamps.

Participating in activities which is influenced by nature’s conditions can involve risky incidences. Even unforeseen circumstances can lead to injuries and in the most extreme consequences to disablement and death. Before participating in any of the trips Basecamp Spitsbergen AS is arranging, the following terms must be read and accepted by every single participant. If there is anything you do not understand or if you have further questions ask the tour leader/guide or Basecamp Spitsbergen.
