Background:
To provide an arena for youth from all over the world to gather and share experiences and express views about some of the most critical issues of our time.
It is based upon the firm belief that dialogue and respect for all forms of life are the key in reducing and creating a platform for co existence and peace. The House of Peace and Dialogue is a non political centre, located at the premises of the Tibetan Children Village - close to his holiness the Dalai Lama’s residence in the Indian Himalayas. The Tibetan Children Village(TCV) was established in 1960’s by Ms Pema La, the sister of the Dalai Lama. TCV provides an orphanage for the many Tibetan children refugees as well as a school.

The House of Peace and Dialogue offers a guest house, seminar facilities, library and a computer centre.

Aims:
To offer studies for international youth, both theoretical and practical, based on high level lectures, workshops and training.
To support TCV as the implementing agent of the House of Peace and Dialogue
