Both Basecamp Spitsbergen and Basecamp Masai Mara are ideal and popular places if you are looking for a different framework for your Incentive tours/Conference and Seminars!

We have adequate equipment - such as projectors and PCs - whether you want to use the Travellers Club in Longyearbyen, the “Ship in the Ice”, the Management House at Basecamp Masai Mara - with the baboons and other animal as your chorus, or the shadow of the African Acacia Tree…

We also have tailor-made special activities that enhance the outcome, and that should enlarge the team spirit! Ideally, the group is between 10-20 people, but around 30 people is also workable. Given the group size, we normally divide it in smaller teams in order to give everybody the exclusive and personal experience.
